Each ÉLOUISE Jewellery piece is handmade to order in Germany. Because every item is crafted with extraordinary care and attention to detail, please allow 4-6 weeks for production.

Once your payment has cleared and your order is confirmed, you will receive an automated email with your invoice.
Yes, we currently ship to the EU. Although our system is set up to accept only EU orders, we can ship internationally upon request. If you'd like to arrange international shipping, please contact us at hello@elouisejewellery.com, and we will assist you.
At ÉLOUISE, we are committed to producing jewellery of the highest quality. Every piece is handmade in-house by our skilled goldsmiths. Unlike mass production, where efficiency often compromises quality, our made-to-order process ensures every detail is perfect.
This process requires time, as we prioritise quality over speed to create jewellery that meets our highest standards.
We strive for excellent customer service and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as each piece is handmade to order, we do not accept returns, except in cases of defective goods.
Nevertheless, in case you ordered the wrong ringsize, or realise you would have preferred another gold colour, please don’t hesitate to let us know and we will try to find a solution together. In this case, please refrain from wearing the jewellery, as pearls for example will absorb skin cream and perfumes, and gold jewellery will most likely suffer little scratches. We cannot take back goods damaged by wearing.
If your shipment arrives damaged or defective, please document the packaging and jewellery with photographs, and email us at hello@elouisejewellery.com.
Please note: Custom or personalised pieces cannot be returned unless they are defective.
